Toscane tip: Een dagje Fattoria la Vialla Al heel lang ontvang ik de brochures van Fattoria la Vialla. Al bladerend ben ik dan een beetje in Toscane. Een aantal keer heb ik samen met een vriendin ook de heerlijke producten van Fattoria La Vialla besteld.

Il cuore della Fattoria ha un'azienda vinicola, la lavorazione dell'olio, la produzione del formaggio, l'aceto, un museo straordinario di reperti storici, una cantina, un negozio e uno staff deliziosamente disponibile (inglese eccellente!).

Die Fattoria. Die Fattoria La Vialla ist ein familiengeführter landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb mit eigenem Olivenöl, Rotwein, Weißwein, Saucen, Pasta und Gebäck. Die Fattoria liegt in der Toskana, etwa eine Stunde südlich von Florenz in der Provinz Arezzo. Zwischen alten gemauerten Häusern sitzt man auf dem kleinen Fattoria-„Dorfplatz.

Je kunt La Vialla ook bezoeken. Wij deden dat vorige week voor de derde keer. Je kunt er een rondleiding volgen en zo meer leren over de werking van de boerderij. Wij bezochten vorige week het museum: een Italiaans landhuis ingericht zoals het in het begin van de 20e eeuw zou geweest zijn, met enkele extra kamers met oude werktuigen.
